As part of a global transformation process we planned a face to face event for USA end of June. Our aim was to bring all employees on board and kick off this process by creating culture hacks.
Due to Covid-19 we had to change our plans in May 2020. To achieve our goal, we decided to create an interactive virtual large group event. “ It was an extremely successful event with a high level of engagement and enthusiasm.”, said Luciana Ferraro from Boehringer Ingelheim.
